Not Real Off Markets - Upcoming and a Scam
I know the founder of KeyWe, but I’m not going to speak about him, he’s an ok guy.
These are not off markets, they are directly from Coldwell Banker Coming Soon Excel spreadsheet.
Majority of realtors will not advise their clients to sell off market because there is statistical data that off markets transactions net 25% less than on market properties.
It’s a great app for seeing what inventory is going to come on the markets, but sellers accepting an offer preemptively is highly unlikely unless there is enough exposure.

Awesome application. Really allows for a deeper grasp on the real estate market. Amazing tools for sellers/buyers/agents.
Easy to use and powerful
I’ve missed out on so many houses that sold before going to market. Finally i can see new listings and communicate directly with the agent. Yay!
Off market buy
I found a house on this app that wasn’t listed on the MLS that my agent didn’t know about. It didn’t end up working out for us but I continue to use the app to find houses before they hit the market.
