Horrible experience

Took me 45 mins to check in on website. Tried to download the app took 18 mins to download and I have good wifi. This company needs to invest in up to date software. Horrible experience I’ll need to check in at the airport now. Kept asking me for emergency contact but would not allow me to complete to the next page although I put in all of information. Selected box for no emergency contact and still would not allow me to forward to next page to check in Frustrating and Horrible experience.

Not user friendly at all

The app is poorly developed and not user friendly out. Very difficult to use, constantly having to go back and forth to figure things out. Tried to create an account, then my just created password doesn’t work. Not useful.
