No Sign up Button
There is no way to create an account. They direct you to a Sign In without a Sign Up/Register / Create Account option. There is an SSO but it only works for Log In. One minute of having the app and I’ve already hit a wall during the onboarding stage. I kept getting an error to Sign Up before I use the SSO option— but then again, there is no Sign Up button anywhere.

Super high fees
I only use this app because my employer demands it, but the platform is not worth the high fees you take from the employees from every payment. The app is not even that great and there are many features missing, I see no justification for the fees you want to impose on us.

Horrible app and company. Offers the option to send in bitcoin but actually disappears probably took the money for themselves!!!
