Paywalled don’t bother

The author would save everyone’s time if they simply checked the box that says

“contains in-app purchases or subscriptions that cost money”

Apple has a way already to signal this. ^^

Otherwise, the non-free aspect is easy to miss, it is there in the 9th paragraph (!!) of their description.

If the application has in-app purchases, then next to each "Download" button there is the inscription "In-App Purchases". This is how the AppStore works, and of course, the app developer cannot break it. In addition, I indicated purchases in the app description. There is also a list of in-app purchases at the bottom of the app page. Thus, information about in-app purchases is duplicated three times on the page of this application. But your review will stop those who are not going to buy anything anyway. And thank you for that!

Paywalled don’t bother

Many examples are paywalled.

Now I know the author is going to retort “it says so in the description, just scroll down to the NINTH PARAGRAPH and carefully read the middle sentence”. Whatever.

Know what’s more noticeable? Putting it in the title or the first 3 lines of text. This wasted my time but I hope my review saves yours.

Your advice is unlikely to help. You find it difficult to read the description of the application. There will be those who won’t even read to the 3rd line) But your review will stop those who are not going to buy anything anyway. And thank you for that!

Not comprehensive, but a handy little tool, would prefer it if we kept labelled statements out of the control flow section, would encourage some nasty practices.

Здравствуйте Алексей, спасибо за обратную связь 🤝 Этому приложению уже около 8 лет. Конкретно рецептам по Go меньше, но принципы его работы и необходимые для программистов рецепты отрабатывались годами.

Useful

Until O’Reilly publishes one of their Cookbooks series, this is a useful one-stop shop for some common patterns. Especially for beginners who otherwise have to scour Google and Stackoverflow. Needs some better commenting and examples should be more complete/standalone. Also could really use examples for JSON and networking (eg. http and REST APIs).

A Fantastic Golang reference

I think this is my second purchase from this developer. I remember buying a Python receipe app sometime ago from him. This is a great way to learn about a language's features if one already knows programming. Kudos to the developer for making this resource at such low cost. Even the free version covers a lot of ground. Thank you!

Excellent Reference Guide

There are many packages to explore with Golang. Where other languages use inheritance to create callable methods on primitives, golang forces everything into modular functions, the trick is learning which packages to import to gain access to those functions.

Да, на iOS и Android совершенно разные, никак не пересекающиеся друг с другом системы оплаты. Все, что я сейчас могу сделать, это вернуть вам назад оплату за Android приложение, если напишите когда была осуществлена покупка.
