Pages open right on your wrist, and you scroll with the Digital Crown like everything else on watchOS. A NOTE ON HOW PAGES LOOK Pages render in the watch's built-in web view. watchOS draws a small bar at the top of every page (the site's domain and a close button); that bar is part of the system and can't be removed by apps.
