Better options
So far the most expensive premium to purchase, and biggest $$ penalty/discount on selling that I have experienced. I would not recommend them now. Otherwise a reputable company.
Unable to see balance
Why is there not an option to login to my existing Goldsilver.com account and view my current balance on the app?
Sorry to say.....
I have been using app since it came out and came to count on it as a backup for keeping track of my holdings until the last update My password opens the vault simulation, BUT now show zero balances for holdings. Very disconcerting at this point as I came to trust it as a sanitary way to keep track. Going back through my records and even having to physically go and count holding is going to be a great big hassle. Can this be fixed??? Although itโs a free service, I am a customer and feeling kind of duped currently.
