Everyone is so polite, we get greeted every time we come in here. It doesn’t matter if they’re making food they always greet us. And the food is spectacular.
Temperature
We love our Gold Star, but all locations we have been going to really need to work on the temperature of the chili. Luke warm at best. Needs to be hot enough to melt the cheese.
Just do what the tired man asks
When the customer asks for the bacon to be extra crispy, don’t talk to him like he’s stupid just say yes sir take it to the back and get extra crispy bacon. It’s not out of your pocket. The customer is happy. Everyone has a better day.
