I called this morning placed an order for two eggplant Parmesan orange juice a milk and a BLT sandwich he came with the sandwich the milk and the orange juice so they didn’t give him the bag with the Parmesan in it and he’ll be back later on this afternoon well he never came back and now they’re giving me a hard time and said I never placed the order so if you’re a smart person you won’t give them your money because they charge so much anyway

Very hard to use
The app is not well organized. Hard to find products. And the deli should have a separate section for ordering things like sandwiches.
For example, try to find out what sandwich options are available — impossible. Sandwiches are together with sides of sausage and tortellini somewhere buried in the Prepared Foods section which you have to be very patient to find.
Highly recommend a redo of the app.
Also, you should not require people to create accounts. That’s just friction. Let us buy your products without creating passwords.
