Ordered via the app and was refused our food
When we arrived at the Restaurant despite being very regular customers who order most weeks they refused to allow us to leave with our food because their card system wasn’t working. We ordered online so the card details are saved and they could have just charged us when their machines started working again they refused to serve us.

Easy to use but status not very good
App is easy to use, but order status of Placed, Cooking, and Delivered isn’t so good - it needs a status of “On it’s Way”
