Horrible Customer Service and Order Integrity
I constantly place orders to fond that items are out or discontinued and have to wait for a refund just to start over without Golden Crust offering anything for the inconvenience. I shouldn't have an order and then show up 30 minutes later on schedule to find that the order wasn't made or replaceable

No one know how to earn or redeem the points
Cant even open the app
The app keeps crashing every time I open it. I even tried deleting it and redownloading it but it still wont open.
Rewards App
The rewards app does not work at Mcdonough location. Their scan will not upload your loyalty points. Kind of frustrating especially if want your points to add up. Also, when does not work they tell you at register all you have do is just scan receipt. That does not work either. App a waste of time.
Excellent Jamaican restaurant
Great place if you enjoy Jamaican food. The food is great and the people who work there are very pleasant and very welcoming.
