Doing some planning for our trip and came across this app. Was looking forward to using it but it keeps crashing every time we try to open it. Hopefully it gets fixed soon so we can use it on our trip.

This app fleetingly opens long enough to see a menu, but then immediately crashes.

For such a great introduction of how the app will work and the benefits given, so disappointing to find that it keeps crashing!!! Are the developers not listening? It was created in 2003 but people are still travelling in 2019 on those same roads/towns. C’mon people.

Brilliant Work Tourism WA
This App is a great initiative of Tourism WA. It's purpose is to send you on a great tour, setting out the sites and things to see along the way and gives you full notes, directions and even services you can get at the various towns and sites along the way. It contains fantastic historical narrative on the areas you'll visit and you can follow your progress on the map as you go. It maps out your route with historical notes and requires you to Register your departure and expected return with the authorities (completed within the App) - for your own safety. I previously reviewed this App as it had a few crashing issues but within less than a week BOOM they got on and fixed the issues. So well done Tourism WA and your IT mob! This is a great trip and it would be good for more like it to be created to showcase this fantastic state and the many remote trips that we have to offer our visitors. I really like the "Register" feature where you register your starting of the route and intended finish date so that the police can ensure a search is undertaken if you don't report back in on time. Hope you come up with more great drive journeys as there is a lot of comfort knowing you can register for safety reasons and know you're not totally alone so it's not so daunting. Great stuff!! Now to hook up the caravan......!! 😃
