I have been playing this game for a while now and honestly it has gone downhill in the last few months. Many of the games have lost the playing field, for some reason the lounge won’t stay on so I lost the high roller and one of the ways I used to get extra coins and packs is now gone. Can this game please be overhauled?

I have a problem with the Royal bonus that I paid for not being able to collect it. You can’t contact you on the contact us option so I emailed you a week ago. No reply. Disappointed

I am being CHEATED
I spent $28 and got NOTHING! They took my money and gave nothing in return. I have clicked “contact us” and nothing happens. I’ve been playing this slot for probably 2years and all of the sudden I don’t have my treasure chests, I can’t collect on my Golden ticket purchase and I didn’t get my coins for a ONE TIME purchase deal! I am REALLY UPSET ABOUT THIS and have no one to even contact!! 😡😡😡

Can’t collect rewards!!!!!!!!
Forced to download another game.
I have just downloaded this game and it seems ok but you can not play a game and exit back to lobby without getting an app that they want to download. The problem is, there’s no X to exit either. Same as when you first log in. You basically need to get rid of page and start again. So if you’re not interested in watching these videos and just play the game, you have to keep getting rid of the page every 5-10 minuites. It has a contact button, but that doesn’t go anywhere. I know most of these apps have settings. And surely there needs to be exit on these adds. I’ll keep it for a little while longer, but if I keep having to logging on every 5 minuites, I won’t keep it. I get the advertising, but at least let us exit. I’m not interested in downloading more apps or watching videos for free coins. I’m sure others might choose to do so. Don’t force upon all of us.

Get this fixed
Everything was going great until the latest update. Now, though… Bad enough being removed from the lounge where I still had 2 weeks left before my time ran out. But now after buying the royal pass, I’m completely unable to collect any earned rewards. And there is no way to contact support through the app

Way too many bugs
Love it, but recent upgrades are full of bugs. Wish they would test before releasing. I keep playing and hope they get it right.
Lots of broken slots
UPDATE: The app is broken. It’s lost half its functionality. There must be a server issue. It’s been going on for 3 days. Developers don’t seem to care.
