No point in having an Order Ready button if the take out doesn’t use it.
Order was 30 mins late as we had ordered collection but the take out didn’t bother marking it as ready so it was “cooking” for a full hour. Had to ring.

Food was cold, delivery driver was apologetic on how long it’s taken for the food to arrive.. had to reheat… not good
Know
Good food but was delivered a good hour to early, not always a problem but you plan round delivery times so need to be a bit more accurate
