Missing points

I downloaded this app a few days ago. At first I couldn't sign in with my email, I changed it, neither. My password is another problem. I've already spoken with you through three managers at the Annapolis store and finally yesterday a manager really helped me get into the app, but I was very surprised when it shows that I only have 300 because it's not when it should be 1400 at the last. I have my receipts. That's what I hope, and I'll go again so they can solve the problem once and for all.
