Login issues and more
Login issues as of late is not possible. Reset password doesn’t work. They suggested to use a different email? That’s not a great solution to a problem on Goldline’s end. With have a login or don’t have one. Have a working lodging if your going to have one. For the price you mark up on items, you should be able to afford a capable system.
Outside of that the Customer service reps are rude and demeaning. I’d much rather work with your competitors from here forward that answer the questions needed and get done what needs to be done without waking away feeling like I’ve made a mistake working with them as a selected broker.
Gold brokers a dime a dozen. Use someone else, Oxford, patriot, birch etc. stay away from Goldline.

You guys ever going to fix this?
This once-reliable app has been broken for many weeks now. Still crashes upon opening. Every time.

I used to rely on this app for spot prices… the last week or so, the app won’t open. It crashes as soon as I attempt to open it. Please fix.

Would think that a company as big as Goldline would get their stuff together and fix this! They have no problem making huge commissions on us but they can't keep the tools that track our profits and losses up to date.

App has not been updated in over 10 months and has never worked. Is there any intention of fixing this? Either fix it or delete it.

Inoperable
I recently became a Goldline customer and thought this app might be useful to watch spot prices. I'm using an iPhone 6 with the latest iOS, but the app crashes after the startup screen and it starts loading data. Every time. Restarting the app doesn't work.
Never works
I have never been able to use this app. I had an iPhone 5 and recently upgraded to 6S. I was hopeful that the upgraded hardware would be part of the solution, but it still continually crashes. Worthless app until it is fixed!

It worked on my iPhone 5. I don’t use it on a regular basis, but It does nothing but crash when it is launched. Absolutely worthless until fixed. Save yourself time and memory don’t download it until a new version comes out that works.

Not only an app user but a customer! App Badge is a great addition but is crap! Showed the price when I updated (1109 so you can figure what day that was) and it hasn't changed since.

Was on the phone with my account rep, and his was fine. I had just downloaded this, redownloaded. After 2nd download, it lasted a second longer, but still crashed.
Keeps crashing
Just downloaded it cause you sent me an email you had it but it keeps crashing right when i open it. Seems like a good app though
Crashes - Won't Open
2nd time I have downloaded this app and it won't open. iPhone 5 and now a 6S. Don't bother until it's fixed.
No bugs in the app
It's an ok app. Unless I'm missing something it would be a GREAT app if it updated prices and U.S. debt live or at minimally semi-regular intervals. I do like that it (shamefully) posts our U.S. National debt.
No Spot Prices
Spot prices have disappeared from the app making it worthless. Until it gets fixed don't bother using this app.
STILL no spot metal prices!
Even after update. You'd think someone would actually check the app on iPhone before update is released!
