It’s a fantastic fitness app
This app is easy to run through but hard to keep up with the so many changes it is developing in big steps. I’m really happy for the changes it has for all members and enthusiasts to broaden the dynamics of the golds gym journey through fitness abd exercises. The best features there are recovery, mindfulness, yoga and body combat aerobic exercises mixed with boxing drills. There are HIIT programs too! It’s a great find in fitness! On demand app has my 5 stars today and looking forward to new developments.

App not working can’t register or read review
Attempted to register twice and can not log it!
Monthly-fee workout video app - not useful for DC area Gold’s members
This is not an app for Gold’s Gym members in the DC metro area.
I downloaded this Gold’s Gym DC metro area app, because of the terrible reviews of the Gold’s Gym app for members. I am a Gold’s Gym member in DC; I hoped this app would show me what classes are available at my location, how crowded DC locations are on certain days at certain times, and let me use it to register for my DC gym’s classes/training/events/challenges.
This app has none of these gym-specific features. It has nothing to do with my membership in a DC Metro area Gold’s Gym. To log into this app, I’d have to pay $11/month to get access to pre-recorded workouts, similar to which I can find for free on YouTube and other apps. Access to this app is not included in my membership fee. Why it says it is for the Washington DC area Gold’s Gym makes no sense.
