Awful service

Booked a £50 taxi home. £62.50 was charged to my account… then £12.50… then £10 cash on the night. Tried to speak to the operator who told me he has ‘100s of customers waiting to book taxis so not interested’

Charged for nothing

Waited ages as it said “we’re finding a driver”. No idea how long it would take so I cancelled and it said it would charge me £3 for that.

Took forever to find a driver meaning I waited around for a lift that never happened and missed something important. Also hits me with a £3 cancellation fee which is disclosed when cancelling. Won’t be using services again.
