Awesome app
Such a lightweight app that checks off all the needed for a rangefinder functionality. Versatility of moving the flag/pin to any desired location, and this allows you to see how far you hit the club once you get to the ball. No download needed and just simple interface makes this my all time fav golf app for finding the distance.
A bug needs the developers attention. Once the flag is placed, cannot be removed and the app shuts off. Please fix this. Thanks.

Out Of Date
App is out of date as they have not updated their pictures so my golf course is missing three holes. Works great on the others but the images are about 3 years old.
Simple, quick, full control
If you want to simply measure the distance to the pin or other feature(or even to the 19th hole) this is a great app. Manual selection of target. No logins, downloads or score tracking. Good zoom. Just what I wanted. Only problem is I can’t work out how to delete previous tags but I can move them out of the way.

Clearing yardage markers???
I love everything about it, but i realized that there is no button to delete all the yardage markers that I put, can somebody help please.
Great Simple App

Hazard distances
Love the app! The easiest to use I've seen. I'm not into micromanaging my golf this is just a perfect tool for for distances to anywhere on the greens or hazards. Excellent for golfing at new courses, awesome situation awareness when planning on course tactics.
Future
I truly enjoy this app. I can see the hole for the first time and get good distances to the hole. I hope this app will have an Apple Watch 1 iteration. Is it possible to link the watch and phone so I can check distances on my watch? Thank you for this golf app.

Frustrating, doesnt work after a while..!!
Downloaded the app, it worked for a while, now i get a pop up on my iPhone saying (Geo error-204, opration could not be completed) deleted app and downloaded again. Same problem.
Is there anything else i could do? or just delete and forget it.

I use this app to make a quick and dirty Range Card. Works great!

Great App - could be better!
As simple as you could ask for. Adding compass data to rotate the map to where you point the phone would be fantastic!
Simple and precise (6.5 Hdcp)
Great app to use on the course. Very accurate, especially on the scale of amateurs. +/- 2 yards seems to be a fair margin. I made my first hole-in-one while using this app!!

I use this as a quick range finder for shooting. It pins within 20 yards of my location so it's not dead on but still much better than spending 300 bucks on a rangefinder.

Great app! Just downloaded before teeing off as my golf buddy ran out of juice. It worked like a charm and finished the whole round and plenty of battery on my iphone! Bye bye golf buddy!
A bit off
Just downloaded and opened. It showed I was in my neighbors house. I put the arrow where I am in my house and I was 23 yards away. Went outside and it showed I was in my neighbors house across the street 39 yards from where I was. I'm thinking this thing is worthless

Just downloaded this today and I'm playing on a course in northern Michigan near Cadillac. Currently waiting out the rain on the 8th tee. I have 2 bars on my Verizon signal and the App has worked perfect ! Highly recommend.
Not accurate
It is not accurate it says something 10 yards away is 40 yards away
Diminishing Performance - Poor Load Times
I started using this app on its initial release. I loved the idea… so simple and yet very quick and powerful to obtain distance for your shot and it performed extremely well. Unfortunately, I did not keep the first release. As new versions were put into circulation by the developer, the performance got slower and slower.
Now this latest version is so slow it is unusable (attempted to use it yesterday). The app plots "your spot" on the map pretty quickly, but the map takes several minutes to load (so you have a blue dot on a black grid, which is no help). I suspect this is partly due to the app connecting to the now included ads (I've used other map GPS apps at the same time and those maps load fine).
There has been increasingly slower map loadings in each subsequent release, which may be caused by "additional features" that the developer added (mark the ball, etc.). I don't want or need those features, just give me the ability to quickly get my yardage.
If the developer released a version in which you could select the features you want (say only yardage) and it performed as well as the first version, I would happily pay more than the current price of the app. As it is now, I will not try to use this app anymore.
I will start searching for a golf GPS app that loads quickly and gets me the info I want fast.. and I'll even pay for it if need be.
