1. I suggest removing the comments feature. It’s intrusive at best and ugly at worst. We’re at least had some additional negative comments like “shut up”.

Lost all data
I’ve been playing this game for a couple one years. I installed a game update and lost my game history. Had to delete the game and called support 10 days ago and many voicemails. No response from my support team! Not happy as I’ve spent many dollars to get to level 20.

Read and take screenshots of their adds. I bought unlimited balls and they showed 6hr time but only gave 1hr. Take screenshots.
Needs vast overall
This game only benefits players who can afford to purchase higher ranking clubs and balls.There is no even playing field and the challenges are rubbish as the better players are given better clubs to play with, so you have little chance of winning. Playing Stage games are better but yet the Kingdom tends to give you opponents much stronger than yourself.Needs much nedeed attention so all players are on an even playing field. The challenges are too one sided unless you have the money to spend on this game you will get nowhere,despite constant promises about better matching of opponents it is getting worse throughout most games.Despite requesting opponents with similar win rates some months ago nothing seems to being done about it.As I said previously if you have money to spare you will do well,if not consider looking for an alternative game because you will not win many unless you are prepared to spend money

Chinese Platform
Be extremely careful with this game it’s a Chinese developer and you can tell they’re spying on your usage. If they spy on one thing they’re for sure spying on another thing and they’re for sure spying on the thing that they’re originally trying to keep you from knowing they’re spying on you about. I’m actually going through the steps to report it to Apple. It’s pretty crazy really.

Why is it so hard to upgrade my clubs I spend more money than I should with you guys I love the game but damn the balls are to expensive I still hit less than 300yd come on now I’m starting to think it’s rigged

My game shows played 300 times but I’ve been playin last 50 games with player at least 3000 and plus like 10000 times can you imagine what kind of a clubs and balls they have .. I have all proof what I say but developers never care they make you buy items to create balance with those that played 100 times more than you..

Lots of Ads Continuously!
I have been playing this game for around 5 years. It can be very expensive in order to improve clubs and purchasing unique golf balls. The Ads are really annoying, but in order to get free coins and gems you have to suffer thru them. Also, there are issues with ads loading, and that makes it more frustrating.

I really enjoy this game, I’ve been playing for a long time now, but lately, I’ve become increasingly frustrated with the match algorithms.
Please explain to me how it is fair gameplay when I get matched with players that have clubs that are two or three levels higher than mine. It is madness.
On other side of this, when I get matched with a player who’s clubs are two or three levels below mine, it isn’t fun, there is no challenge.
Whenever mismatches like these happen, the player with inferior clubs is demoralized and takes away from the overall experience.
Please please please fix your algorithms so that players with equal clubs are playing each other in all facets of the game, not just in stage play.
