Ads do not work
I just want to receive the extra rewards and free stuff from watching the ads.
GETTING WORSE (Sept 2026)
This game only benefits players who can afford to purchase higher ranking clubs and balls.There is no even playing field and the challenges are rubbish as the better players are given better clubs to play with, so you have little chance of winning. Playing Stage games are better but yet the Kingdom tends to give you opponents much stronger than yourself.Needs much nedeed attention so all players are on an even playing field. The challenges are too one sided unless you have the money to spend on this game you will get nowhere,despite constant promises about better matching of opponents it is getting worse throughout most games.Despite requesting opponents with similar win rates some months ago nothing seems to being done about it.As I said previously if you have money to spare you will do well,if not consider looking for an alternative game because you will not win many games unless you are prepared to spend money

Ads are too long and get stuck. It’s frustrating and makes you not want to play the game

At the beginning, you win all the time but eventually you start losing, takes away rewards…pushing you to make purchases. POS
Way too many ads
I don’t mind watching an ad or two but to advance in the game there are just way too many many to justify me playing. One of the biggest issues is that the ads are played in a loop, so you are watching the same thing twice or three times be gore you can move on.
Could be better
I played this game for a day and while it’s mildly entertaining it is slow when waiting for opponents shot. You get reward chests that take hours to open and only have 4 slots so you lose chests if you play more than 4 games in a 4 hour span. The game forces you to purchase upgrades which I will not do. Gave me something to do for a few hours.

For FREE? - Pretty Awesome! Except for…
Been playing it for about two weeks now and it’s still fun. Yeah, some other players threw money at the game and have turbo-clubs to the max, it it’s still fun to play.
And as of today, it’s not plastered with any annoying ads. Just a ton of “Hey! Grab extra jewels with this GREAT offer!” That’s where you click the x and that’s that.
And the selection of opponents is really good too. You watch and learn from them during each game and your opponents are pretty much as good as you.

Only downside is the fraudulent spin wheel - in 2 years I’ve mysteriously NEVER won the 220 crystals. Super unnecessarily annoying to rig that, as it’s just an in-game currency. You never getting it is only meant to frustrate you until you spend money on the game to finally get cool extras. I’ve never spent a cent and win more times than I lose, against players who are clearly paying to still lose.

Really Bad
The title says it all ! The game only gives you 15 seconds to shoot, in most cases not nearly long enough.
Ads are way too long
I used to enjoy this game but the length of the ads has gotten ridiculous. Ads should be no more than 30 seconds or you lose me. I refuse to wait 2 minutes watching the same kalshi ad 4 time over. I have deleted this app off of my phone. My time is worth more than watching stupid ads that are way too long. Too bad because the game is fun.

My ADHD has had it...
I started golf rival perhaps 5 yrs ago, have had multiple accounts and spent upwards of $4-500 over the period.
My adhd has finally had enough.
Was fun when I could just play golf. Now there are so many distractions, buttons to click, accruements to gather, and competitive channels that my ADHD is overwhelmed with, for my play, senseless distractions.
Tee variations, Club Mods, Albums that result in 100s of useless common cards, wind gusts, Brink and other lame one-off competitions,,,a Fortune Fairway that I spent $100 just to get enough jewels to reach level 70 (much less level 30),,,

Forced to Lose
Tried playing Arena. Two shots. I couldn’t get closer than a couple hundred feet from the pin; while being matched against players getting Albatross!! I am forced to compete against players I cannot win against. No chance at coins for 3 Arena events in a row. So, go to Kingdom, and my first match is against a player with all gear at multiple levels above me. SO COMPETITIVE!! (Please recognize the sarcasm; because I know the programmers won’t)!
How is this supposed to be “competitive”; when I am completely out-geared?! This is blatant match-fixing. I am being placed against players who cannot lose to me. Explain how this is fair?! Explain how this makes the game more fun for anyone except those who PAY TO PLAY?!

Ads Not Worth It
This game is a lot of fun and I’ve had it for months, reaching level 16 with more than 25k points.
About three weeks ago, the ads tripled from 20/30 seconds each to as long as 90 seconds with more than 9 of 10 ads lasting 90 seconds each.
And one has to watch ads to get gems and everything in the game requires gems.
For the last three weeks it’s taking longer to watch ads than to play the game…..

Note to makers, showing the same ad 4 times and wasting 3 to 4 minutes of my time makes me a lot less likely to use the sponsor’s product. ie: draft kins. Make it quick and I would possibly feel more inclined to try the product. Resentment is not good advertising. Other than that great game

Eh, ok but boring after a while
Too many ads that are WAY WAY too long to get through. Every opponent seems to be a bot that I play against and not many real people. It’s funny how after like level 3, everyone seems to have unlimited special balls and maxed out clubs. It gets boring after a while on each level playing the same 3 holes regardless.

This app used to be decent, but now too much time spent watching ads, unless you want to spend hundreds regularly to play.
Another pay to play
This game actually operates pretty well other than throwing you into matches constantly that have paid to play. In this game you will quickly find out that it’s not about skill it’s about how much you can spend to get better clubs and balls to make ridiculous shots or make crazy long drives. Not too mention if your low level you will get thrown against higher tier opponents constantly. Good luck this game lasted maybe a week on my phone.

None of those specialty balls you’re playing with a house ball everybody else is playing with specialty balls. They go further and distance bounce further while you’re stuck with a ordinary ball there’s not enough bonuses in this game anywhere to retrieve the special balls. The payout is very level, which should be more so that you’re gonna get these special balls you get more specially clubs than you do balls Lucky you’re getting a four star reading out of three.
