I am a lifetime member of this app as I purchased 15 years ago but I found that the recent update has removed features that I rely on whilst playing a round of golf. I am very disappointed in this as I feel the producers of this game I’ve removed features so that they can charge me again. They have removed their adjustable distance marker so when I am not on the fairway, I can see where the Green is and get the exact yardage. It helps me plot my way around the course. This has been removed. I feel I have purchased these features initially and now you have removed them.

I have had this app for a long time. Paid for a life subscription. And now they are making the interface less functional to get you to buy the plus. 👎
Awesome App
I’ve used the app since it first game out. It’s been brilliant, regularly updated and improved. It provides fantastic effort to help with course management and club selections among other features.
GPS
I was having a problem with the yardage being wrong. I reached out to Golfshot, they asked for an updated golf card with yardages and slope. It was fixed very quickly. Thank you for your prompt service.

Used to be good, but…
I was one of the initial users with a $30 lifetime membership and has been using it since 2011. Recently it seems that Golfshot tried to push me into the so-called pro membership and some of the functions were cut off… golfshot if you listen,I’m not going to give in even it means I completely gave up on you with so many free apps out there, and I also have lasers and Golf watches and I use your app only as a scorecard recorder right now.

1. if it is a different product then gave all my features back as the plus version
2. Get rid of the annoying Banner every time when I use it

Hazard distance is missing
The recent update eliminates hazard distances I’ve enjoyed for 10 years🤷♂️
Worse than Nintendo
Honestly, whoever thought it was a good idea to rename the new app from Golfshot Plus to Golfshot Golf GPS Range Finder needs to be fired immediately. Hire me instead as I have a much better name: Golf-golf-shot Golf G-Golf-P-Golf-S Golf Range Golf Finder! Also, you guys do realize that there are better ways to optimize search?

I have had your Golf Shot app for years and have enjoyed it immensely, gives me everything I need and want. HOWEVER, since you have migrated the two apps together, I DO NOT have the “PLUS” version I had before. You have taken it away from me. I want it back. I want all the features that Golf Shot allowed, that was your word. Thank you in advance.

Outstanding customer service
I lost password to account. Email on account was from a business I sold and no longer had access to. On a Saturday evening I emailed a request for help. By SUNDAY morning the solution was in my inbox and issue resolved.

When I downloaded the app I lost the last 3 years of my golf rounds😩😩😩

I paid over $100 and now the changed the name and I have a subscription! You are only as good as your word!

A little difficult to learn.
Having all the courses is great. Gives accurate info regarding distance but you have to be on your ball and carry your phone. It will drain your iwatch before the round is over.

Got this App many years ago and I still love it. It now takes into account SI at courses automatically. One off payment and no complaints.
Golfshot Plus is a winner
I have used Golfshot since 2010 and have 1847 rounds of golf recorded. Easy to use and accurate. Excellent support is provided if needed. I am very satisfied.
