Layout on iPad is klunky

The app works okay after I tap the submit button quite a few times. And I’m thankful they at least have an app. But the layout for the iPad is terrible and the developers obviously didn’t take the dimensions of the iPad into account when creating this app. It looks like a terribly oversized zoom that I can’t get rid of.
