I have a bank with them for years and there’s no other Bank I would rather go to! Best customer service and always so friendly! Love my MBC family!
Too picky on deposits
I have mobile deposited a few checks just to find out they were rejected. One time I was notified of the rejection with the explanation that it was because I did not write the word ‘mobile’ in the endorsement on the back. The other times there was no explanation. If they are going to be so picky, they should at least tell you what exactly should be written. It should not be this complicated. I have not had this problem with any other bank.

Where's the Update?
My app won't refresh until I have the "latest update" of the app. There is no update available.i can't check on my own accounts because this app wants me to do the impossible. Great job.
Check was declined the first time
We submitted this before and had to call in to find out it was declined- verified the back image was endorsed and the x was placed for Mobile Deposit.

I love Monticello Banking Company. Anything you need is right there at your fingertips. The mobile app is very easy to use for deposits and navigating your checking account and savings, and credit cards. Customer service is top-notch. I’ve been with them for over 24 years and had two mortgages with them as well as car loans. I don’t think I’d go anywhere else for my financial business.

My home town bank
Been with MBC for years I think it’s close to 20 yrs now and not ever not even once have I ever had a problem in-fact they have went out of their way for me
Hello.
This app and bank is down more than it’s up and running. I should have gone and switched banks back when it went down the entire week I was on vacation out of state.
Can no longer use the app.
App requires and update but I don’t have a new enough model phone to update it any longer so I can no longer use the app. I don’t see how this is very helpful to some customers.
Needs work.
Issues with updating purchases, transactions, deposits updating, app crashes consistently.

Only loads my account amount half the time and will say error for over half the day
What has happened?
Since the beginning of March 2025 it constantly tells me there is an error and won’t update.
This is Great!!
I Love this app! It’s fast and so convenient and the workers respond to request almost immediately! If people do not have this app, they are missing a great opportunity!

Been with MBC for 30 years and this updated app may be the best feature they have ever came out with since free veteran checking account
Error
I like the new setup of the app, but it’s always an issue on my balance updating seems to give me an error a lot, or sometimes it’s really slow on updating
Fine, but has problems
I don’t know why, but my app says it updated but still looks like the old app. I have to go into the App Store and click open to go to the updated app. This is frustrating bc the process is slow.
