Great app but UI can be improved
The app UI can be improved. Touch elements should be sufficiently sized when it matters. And all other static element should be reduced in size. For example in the tennis court booking page, top half of the page is occupied by the picture of the sports complex. Sharing the same top half is the logo of Lembaga Sukan Sabah. This could be more elegantly presented and not taking half the booking page. User is left with only half the page to scroll for available time slots and dates. Please consider resizing the non-critical images. After all it’s not an advertisement. And UX will be so much better if it’s written natively in Swift…! Thank you.

Bad development, bad admin services
The admin for this apps are not helpful and responsive. Please give them a good training or knowledge. The apps itself are not ready. So sucks and i dont know how u can operate this apps.

Salah satu application yang tidak function untuk membuat tempahan ,merumitkan segala process nya.kaunter walkin x boleh book buat apa ada kaunter!system x update?pengguna lain ramai tidak tahu mengenai aps ini,cara mengunnakan tidak terangkan,,mau reload pun verification ic ,,after book tidak ada terima sebarang email or resit untuk proof!!teguran ni perbaiki ,,kalau aps macam ni org lain belum tentu dpt guna ,,kaunter tu untuk apa permudahkan la untuk booking d kaunter aiya

This is the worst app ever I used.
Useless apps
There is no instruction how to use it. So didn’t use it at all. Tried to deactivate/delete account, they ask me for my IC and bank details before can delete. Crazy
Extremely Unprofessional & Aggressive Customer Service
I used the GoNet app to book a court, and for the second time, the lights were not turned on. I left a polite and constructive review suggesting they improve the system between GoNet and Kompleks Sukan to avoid this issue.
Instead of addressing the concern, I received a phone call from GoNet, who spoke to me aggressively for 17 minutes. He told me to delete the app, never use their services again, and even mocked me for having received a refund, saying: “I shouldn’t have helped you get your money back.”
He also accused me of bullying others and said they don’t care if they lose me as a customer.
This was an extremely shocking and humiliating experience. Customers should be allowed to give feedback without being intimidated or harassed.

The app forcing to use the premium version. Upon checking the requirement, I need so submit copy of my IC. Which is I’m not keen on.

Everytime I tried to reload it took me over 10times then successfully reload.Pbe user especially,please provide other method to reload such as debit card.

Service bank tidak begitu bagus,tolong ubah amount yang boleh di masukkan.tolong ubah di mana kami sebagai pelanggan boleh masukkan berepa2 saja amount yg boleh rm1 ka 50sen ka pun boleh sbb menyusahkan pelanggan.minimum rm20 ssh sdgkan nak main badminton pun rm 15 ringgat saja sejam .plss tlg ubah

I only have this app because I need it to book sports in Likas. The app itself appears to have been designed 20 years ago and not updated since.
