Modem not listed
As other reviewers have pointed out, the app is useless without being able to add your modem, which was provided by the company. Nokia modems are NOT LISTED AS AN OPTION
Can’t onboard my router
The app is not able to onboard my router making the app completely useless.
app is garbage
The app feels like it was made by kids. OK tell my Wi-Fi Wi-Fi doesn’t even work.
Worst ISP App Ever
This has got to be the worst ISP app I’ve ever used. Doesn’t give ability to restart router/modem through it like most other apps do. This app has me regretting switching my service now. The app is NOT user friendly by any means.
Can’t onboard new modem
The Nokia modem is not recognized in app for onboarding. Cannot add the correct modem.
Crap
I’ve experienced more trouble with fiber net than ever with spectrum. Which was also pretty terrible.
