Why low ratings? This app is so good!
When I ordered something, it arrives in like 8 seconds! The estimated time is 30 minutes, so far away from actual time! I love this app!!!

Relevant app to order milk tea and I don’t understand why the reviews are so low, it’s just an app to order drinks.
Order extras are not accurate
I have added a pearl but gave me a coconut jelly in my order which not suppose to be.

The app worked just fine under level 4~3 restrictions in New Zealand! It had no problem setting up, the pick up was easy-as, menu is easy to read, too! Great app.
Can’t even login to app
Downloaded this app. Enter my email. It sends link to click onto that is meant to allow you to login and set up a profile. Just ends up taking me to the same spot and re-entering my email which then sends a link again and goes around in circles.

I ordered a few times and they don’t receive the order
Prices increase after putting item in cart
The price shown when I select a drink and when I check out is different, it’s more expensive once you place the order, I ask the staff at one of the stores they seem to think it’s perfectly normal to have an increase in pricing when you place the item in the cart.
Also it’ll be a good improvement if we can choose when we want our drink, instead of just ASAP.

Estimated time needs work
When we were filling out the online order the estimated time to completion was around 30 minutes. When we completed purchase the estimated time was 37 minutes. It has
now been 77 minutes since makibg the order and we have just received our order. You need a better way of tracking when orders are completed/number of staff in building so as to build a database that will accurately reflect wait times.

pretty good
had a couple of issues with the layout when i first downloaded the app but they seem to be improving it daily and the list of store options increased quickly. i had an issue with choosing a store early on in my experience but with alert level three drawing closer i think that this app works well enough to process orders

Glitch on the “Select a Store” page
When registering, none of the stores show up when trying to select the nearest store. I can’t use the app.
Select Store - no stores showing
Same problem as another reviewer - can’t even reload the select store page during registration or get past it. Disappointing.

When you first open the app and “register” the page to select a store, none of the stores even show up. There is no way to skip this step either so I cannot even use the app, which is required to order during alert level 3
