About
Gong Zhu (拱猪) is a classic Chinese trick-taking card game — a cousin of Hearts, but sharper. Play a full match against three bots, entirely offline.
Sixteen cards decide everything:
• The Queen of Spades — the Pig — costs you 100
• The Jack of Diamonds — the Sheep — pays you 100
• Every heart hurts, the Ace of Hearts worst of all
• The Ten of Clubs — the Transformer — doubles your whole hand
Before a card is played you can expose the Pig, the Sheep, the Ace of Hearts or the Transformer. Turning one face up doubles or quadruples what it is worth — to you and to everyone else at the table.
Take every heart and the score flips in your favour. Take all sixteen scoring cards and you have shot the moon for +800.
FEATURES
• Full match play to 1,000 points
• Two bot difficulties, Easy and Medium
• Scoring cards you take sit face-up beside you, the way they do at a real table
• Cards are dealt and played with animations you can actually follow
• Complete rules built in
• No ads, no in-app purchases, no account, no internet connection required
Gong Zhu is played across China and Taiwan and goes by several English names, including Chase the Pig and Catch the Pig. If you know Hearts, you already know most of it — the Sheep and the Transformer are the rest.
