Voice doesn’t work

I downloaded the app few months ago, and redownloaded again last week but the issue has not been resolved and the voice doesn’t work.

Hi there, Goo is an interactive app. When the user touch the word, the app says the word. You can choose up to two languages. Please let us know if you had any difficulty to use the app. Best, Black whale technology team
