You need a router to pair. Even though on the box it says Bluetooth compatible. And even without remote connectivity you only have 3 light modes that are never what you want. False advertising. Good quality product however the user interface was designed by morons
Scenes broken
I’ve tried over the last year to have scenes work. It used to work. As soon as I click scenes, the screen goes blank-white. Nothing ever happens.

Bought a house that came with one of their panel lights in the kitchen and it was psychotically set to 6500K color. To change it to something reasonable, had to get the app, enable Bluetooth, give it my location, fiddle with light switches to get it to synch to app, give a light panel my IOT WiFi’s password, change the color, then change my WiFi password and delete the app and leave this stupid review about how the app wasn’t bad at all. Never buying WiFi home appliances. Just install a stupid switch to change colors.

how do you move a ceiling light closer to your router?
Pairing is impossible.I installed the ceiling light and pairing is impossible. The instruction says to move the wall mounted ceiling mounted device closer to your Internet router.
No worth the money
Had this motion sensor / outdoor lighting for a couple years. Frankly, it’s terrible.
The app doesn’t maintain my home position, nor does it maintain Fahrenheit. No matter how many time I set it , within minutes it jumps back to IU’s and the address changes to several streets over but also states it is in the next town over.
Will not maintain on/off times no matter if you use manual, auto or custom modes.
Waste of money, frustrating and a piece of almost useless lighting.
I highly recommend you DO NOT PURCHASE.

I have gotten my one floodlight online but can’t make it trip to the sensor on the light which is mounted on my shed.
It only stay’s on or off. No tripping or timer. What mode do I use and it doesn’t go off at sunrise just stays on all night and day. Instructions are really confusing.

App Doesn’t Work
The application does not work, at least for iOS. When I select a setting, I get a blank screen and the only way to fix it is to delete the app and reinstall.
Not able to control in the app
Unable to change brightnesses and set schedule in the app. It just goes to a white screen.
Problem
So I purchased two Good Earth lining fixtures downloaded the app tried to pair the lights with the app even with Alexa. No luck tried multiple times then I called the company won’t give her name but she said oh I need to call my supervisor. He’s in another state, I waited a week back and told her he never email or called. She says I will send you two new light because the app must be something wrong with it and we will get a hold of the people that created it well now I’ve never seen the two new ones that she promised to send me, email her back and said I never received them. She said let me check the warehouse. She still hasn’t called me back or emailed me and this has been almost 2 months. I’m about ready to take the lights out of my kitchen. Take them down and throw them in the garbage because I have never in my whole entire life seen the company that would not call back or email about a problem, if I could give list then one star I wouldn’t give thema half a star and my other lights that I have purchased in the past, they will be in the garbage as well. I will go with something totally different for every light I have from them and I have purchased over 15 or their light and I’m just rambling because I am very upset

After the most recent app update now the device goes offline frequently (wasn’t doing this prior to update). Please update again to help remedy?

Had a professional electrician install and was paired to the device but the app just goes blank when trying to use it

Kitchen light
I installed this and I have installed similar and numerous lighting for years. This is my house and has never worked as should. It will just dim with no reason now it’s went dim and will not allow me to connect. I am gonna have to go buy a new fixture that I shouldn’t have to. This one was $200.00 one would think it would last over 10 months!! Do not waste your money on Good Earth lighting!!

My light isn’t on and my app just shows blank boxes. Wish I could upload a photo the me and scene loads and works. But Home does not. This just started! What is going on?
