Charged 14.99 for what I thought was a free trial
Hi, I downloaded your app called “good fonts” & thought it looked interesting so I was excited to give the free trial a try, but once I tried to cancel the free trial or what I thought or misunderstood as “free”, I was then charged 14.99$ and Im not sure why but I did not knowingly make this purchase or attempt to buy it because I cannot afford to pay it… so I was wondering if there was any way to resolve this issue and this charge because I can’t use my App Store at all with a pending purchase and I know that’s not your problem, but if there’s any way to resolve this please let me know! Thanks and ps Im so sorry if this comes off as unappreciative or rude… I absolutely do not intent to sound that way i love the look and idea or your app i just am broke and didnt mean to purchase this or know why it charged me $14.99! Thank you again for your time

I signed up for the week free trial. I was unable to use the app and I immediately went to cancel free trial and they charged me for a year!
Buyer beware no support
I’m a longtime pro user and super frustrated to have NO functionality! This was a go to tool well worth the annual price for ease of use. Ap is updated. I’ve restarted phone and deleted and reloaded the ap. You cannot contact support as the submit button does not work. Has anyone successfully resolved this problem or reached the developer? Buyer beware

Says to watch an ad to unlock but never unlocks
Good fonts is like my go to for business purposes, sometimes when I want to try out a new font, I request to watch the ad provided. After watching the ad, the font is suppose to unlock n be able to copy n paste…. But it doesn’t so it did knock a star for me in that aspect.
BEWARE: Offered me a 7 day trial / charged me $14.99 instead.
I was offered $14.99 to try the app, and upon agreeing to the trial, it automatically charged me for the year subscription ($14.99) and upon using the app, i did not like it at all. It’s too bland, not many options and not many sticker options either. I won’t be asking for a refund, but I will be leaving this review here so no one else makes the same mistake.
