Doesn’t clean properly
The service is decent, but the bottom half of your car and the wheels don’t get washed. I notified the management team, but nothing changed.
I also paid for the tri-color soap package, but didn’t get it.

The wash itself coats the car in sticky soap residue. Not sure we’d pay for that again.
