Zainstalowałem aplikację, ale nie mogłem wziąć udziału w promocji z okazji Dnia Dziecka. Popsuty nastrój i zawiedzione dziecko — nie polecam, więcej tu nie przyjdę.

Flavors available in specific store sometimes marked as unavailable—I live 5 minutes from a Good Lood and have tried to order some flavors that weren’t listed, went to to store instead of order delivery and there’s plenty of the ice cream to add to my in-store Loodbox App only allows addition of three flavors for .5 Loodbox but in store you can choose 4.

Thank you for your opinion! Regarding the issue of flavor availability, the difference is that in our loodspots, which also include Good Lood Delivery, some flavors may be slowly running out, which means there would not be enough to put in the loodbox anymore. As a result, such flavors are then excluded from ordering them from Good Lood Delivery, but there is still the option to eat them as part of the ice cream portion until they run out. On the other hand, if you want to order four flavors for the loodbox, you can always include this in your order notes and our team will take this into account when preparing your order.

Payment issues
Couldn’t use Apple Pay - upon payment attempt app shows a black screen (both on ipad and iphone). Failed Blik transaction wouldn’t reset - app gets stuck on waiting for confirmation.
