Bad experience

Zainstalowałem aplikację, ale nie mogłem wziąć udziału w promocji z okazji Dnia Dziecka. Popsuty nastrój i zawiedzione dziecko — nie polecam, więcej tu nie przyjdę.

Could be great but not yet

Love the idea of the app, it’s cute, pretty user friendly, but some issues

Biggest issue: couriers apparently cannot see notes. This has caused problems!

Flavors available in specific store sometimes marked as unavailable—I live 5 minutes from a Good Lood and have tried to order some flavors that weren’t listed, went to to store instead of order delivery and there’s plenty of the ice cream to add to my in-store Loodbox App only allows addition of three flavors for .5 Loodbox but in store you can choose 4.

Ok, but confising Lgging a lot, very very slow time of response, i can press on something 10 times witn 1 sec interval and only after few sec page loading Stateted few month ago

Payment issues

Couldn’t use Apple Pay - upon payment attempt app shows a black screen (both on ipad and iphone). Failed Blik transaction wouldn’t reset - app gets stuck on waiting for confirmation.
