Unusable: Logs Out Every time Apps is Closed
As others have noted, Good Move app version 1.26.2 logs you out every time you navigate away from the app or close it. then you have to login with otp via email and reconnect any integrations you set up. Recently the app doesn’t reflect correct fundraising totals.
The app is unusable, and the there is no option for the end user to get support or report an issue. Please address these issues.

Bad version
Whatever the most recent update is, it keeps logging you out of the app and asking you to connect again. Please fix!
Can’t get a passcode
I have requested a passcode six times it’s been two days and I still have not received a single email with the pass. Don’t waste your time on this app.
Frustrating
Can’t login with username and password. Keeps asking for a one time passcode that I’ve have to do weekly. It doesn’t even give you the option to try to login. It just says you have to get a one time passcode. I attempted to use the AI chat, but every link it sent me kept taking me back to the chat.

For the love of all that’s holy…please fix the fact that the keyboard/number pad does not go away and prevents you from submitting the one time code

Keyboard covers “submit “ button so cannot log in with password. Completely useless app. Haven’t even ever been able to login yet!
Passcode Doesn’t Send
Easily the most frustrating app ever. It requires a first-time passcode to open it and the passcode won’t send to any email that I’ve tried. I’ve tried over 10 times and this is how I am supposed to help run a fundraiser that is supposed to raise over $100,000. Easily the worst!

As others have reported, no way to get assistance and no way to delete or edit entries. Worthless app.
Tooo bad this app
When you are in a none- English-speaking country you have to switch your phone language into English to use this app. Otherwise you just see a white screen or the app close itself. So you can’t use it. You can’t edit or delete your register. There is no way to correct a mistake. In addition, you have to press a lot of times on the „save“ button to save your register. You just can log in miles without a decimal places, otherwise the app shows you 0 miles. So it‘s no fun to use this app.

Multiple issues
I had to request the login code multiple times. When I finally got it, I couldn’t submit it because the keyboard covered the submit button. It just happened to work once after about 20 minutes of randomly clicking around, closing and restarting, etc. Once I finally got into the app, it’s impossible to get assistance. You can’t delete or edit entries, so it’s double-counting my activities and there’s no way to change it or request help. This app seems like a great idea but sadly it’s difficult to use and doesn’t include basic functions like editing entries.

This is not usable software
- Apple Health imports are nonsensical. It interpreted my 12.77 mile run (recorded with my Apple Watch) as a 9.36 mile activity, apparently by using “steps taken” data (???) and averaging a value based on my manually entered height data (!!???)

Inaccurate data
The good moves app pulls incorrect guy raising data from the Homepage of participants. No easy way to get assistance to get data corrected.
Good Move - Great Move
Good Move is a cool app that helped me to track and raise money towards the Mary Kay Foundation. Being able to see others progress helped me stay motivated throughout the challenge. 10/10 recommend!

This app does exactly what it needs to and brings an entirely new channel to our fundraising.

Really like that I can thank my donors from this app!
I love that I can see all my donors that have supported my fundraiser in this app. When I click thank it’s super easy because it knows my supporters email address and puts a message into my gmail that I can just send right away. Cool stuff!
Unable to use
Unable to get past the login screen due to the keyboard covering the submit button. Horrible design flaw.

Hi there - so sorry for your experience here. We've seen this issue when users have smaller device screens or if they have the zoom settings on their device turned on to make text and buttons bigger for readability. Have you tried reducing your zoom in your phone settings (Settings > Display & Brightness > Text Size). Additionally, once you've entered your One-Time Passcode, you can tap anywhere outside of the keyboard to dismiss the keyboard and you should then be able to hit Submit. Hope this helps!
