Not happy

I cancelled my free trial subscription literally the next day after subscribing because the app doesn’t work and to find out 5 days later that they still charged my account for a non existence subscription if I could get my money back that would be awesome because I don’t want to have to pay for something I don’t have or don’t like for that matter not bashing on anyone or trying to be rude but I am not happy that I just lost what was left in my account for fuel to take my kids to school to a app that doesn’t even work right please make it right
