Used to be a great app
In the latest app update, you can no longer see your Good Sam account information. All you see when you click on Account is the option to log out. If you are not interest in finding a campground, this app is useless.
Bad update
Needed help and support only cares about renting rv’s. That’s the only choices for problems and help. They can’t even spell campground correctly in a couple spots.
App Performance
This is the worst app I’ve used in a long time. It’s so SLOW and you press campgrounds it tells me no rentals available 🙄
New GS app
Your new app is horrible and I refuse to keep it loaded on my devices! Your old good sam camping app was my go to for finding campgrounds. Why would you eliminate a user friendly simple app?

Didn’t get the $10 rewards as promised. Ap is constantly wanting me to update. Unable to find local RV parks. So far it’s been a waste of money.
Of no value
The previous app so much more useful information for RV travelers, this very has so much less. The campground reviews were not carried over.
Bad reviews
All the bad reviews and the company has not done anything to improve the app. Why did you distort the old app?. Was great for planning and routing trips but can’t do that now. And yet with all the bad reviews you have you do nothing.

Sad days camping
Worst campground site ever. The old site was easy to navigate. Why would you change a perfectly good site to this the most user unfriendly site? Get it together Good Sam. Time to find a new campground app.

I agree with all the one stars! This is a terrible replacement for the old app!! I also agree with the auto renew comments.
Update not working
Makes me go to update page which I did every time I log in, once I get to the update it just says open. Upon opening the app if I try to look up camp grounds it just takes me to RV Rentals and I can’t start a trip to plan.

Used to be able to find campgrounds, plan trip and find dump stations…
Makes No Sense
You cannot get pertinent information about your roadside service or phone numbers to contact. The app is geared toward Rv rentals and not the Rv lifestyle as it once was. Very user unfriendly!
Unbelievable! GS went from First to Worst with this replacement app!
The old app was fantastic. You could select campgrounds in an area by looking at the map view and it gave you all the information you needed in an easy to use format along with links to the campground website. This replacement app is worthless. The best features were eliminated and it is incredibly difficult to read and time consuming to use. Good Sam went from First to Worst. Can’t imagine why they want to drive clients away after originally having such a high quality product. Unbelievable!

Downloaded app, used once. Went back to app and it just spins and will not load. Deleted app and downloaded and it continues. Went back after a couple days, same problem. Did same delete and re download and still not working.
