BS “hints”
So far the app is great. 1-2 ads after each game is fair. What’s irritating is clicking on hint only to be shown a “naked pair” that I’ve already seen and eliminated the appropriate numbers for. Like, just say theres no hint to give.

I love this up sm but the loading screen issue is annoying
This app? deserves 5/5. Its soo goooodd. Customizable, smart, easy to use, makes sudoku more fun. Its genuinely ruined any other apps, so yeah. All I hope for is for the developer to fix the loading screen issue. As its frustrating and requires me to delete it and redownload it sometimes. making me lose my progress…

why would i not be able to play offline when i purchased full access?
Excellent Learning Tool
Nothing but good things to say about this app. It walks you gently through solving techniques in order of difficulty. Features to appreciate: auto-candidates, highlighting of individual candidate numbers (i.e., have it show all 1’s), easy to understand explanations, and revert to last error-free state. Ad-free cost is reasonable.

Shouldn’t Require Internet
Great Sudoku app, can’t use it offline. That’s annoying.
Doesn’t load
I love sudoku, do it daily. I don’t love this app as i can’t work out how to play without the tips and auto entries that just make my brain redundant. I might not have correctly grasped why this is presented as the benefit of the app. I paid for full version but app just gets stuck in loading page every time I open it.

The app just gets stuck on loading and won't open, wouldn't bother reviewing if I hadn't paid for it.
Great when it works
I play this game daily so paid for the full version & bought it as a gift for another sudoku fan but I’m getting really fed up with unfixed (reported) bugs meaning I have to reinstall every month or two because it randomly stops loading up.
Nothing is saved so this means adjusting the settings to my liking & plodding through the unskippable intro every time then I’m pretty sure I’m playing the same puzzles in the same order but mercifully my memory isn’t good enough to yet be certain.
Factor in the hammering on my iPad battery my patience is extremely limited

Needs number lock
Looking for a new Sudoku app after my last preferred one stopped being supported on newer IOS. This looks to be amazing but I have one request: please make it possible to lock into a specific number when taking notes or inputting solutions. That way it reduces the number of screen taps. I don’t like having to tap a cell and then select a number. If solving for all the 2s, or writing notes for all the 2s, I want to be able to lock that number in once and then tap all the corresponding cells in the puzzle. Some other apps enable this through an extended press on that number on the number pad. Thank you!

Great when it works but app constantly fails to open
The app is great when it works however almost every time it gets stuck on the loading screen. I have to delete and reinstall the app every time just to get it to open
Drains battery
On my Mac (Apple M4 chip) the game consumes over 200% CPU continually. The Mac gets hot. And it I quit the app it STILL consumes over 200%. Need to force exit to finally stop it. It’s a shame because on iOS it’s a great app.
Daily results don’t work
I used to love this app, but now the daily results don’t work. On the good and arcade ones you can win medals but it doesn’t show on your medal count. And the classic never shows. It also won’t let me get my last achievement. Please fix this!
Good sudoku but....
The best sudoku app I have ever played. But there are some bugs which destroy my experience.
I'm learning the Techniques right now in order to do the Game Center mission. But I can't loading into the 2-String Kite and Finned Jellyfish.
I don't know what happened. I hope the engineer can fix this bug.

Major flaw
Everything is good except you can’t put the input to be number’s first meaning you can’t select a number and then just touch square and that same number continues to be selected as input to the square. You must select the number each time. This makes no sense and every other Sudoku app does not make you select it again. Zach needs to change this. Also frustrating is when you ask for a hint, it will restore notes that you have removed before and remove them again as if you never deleted them. Crazy stuff.

Doesn’t work in landscape on iPad mini
Please update this to work on the iPad mini in landscape mode without continuously crashing.
Please remove Game Center
I can barely play this any more, and when I can it takes forever to load. There’s no reason for this game to require an internet connection.
Can’t play offline
I paid money for this app years ago and have played it offline before due to flying a lot. Tried to play it offline today and nothing. It’s sudoku, why not be able to play offline?? Used to be my favorite game but the fact that I can’t play it offline, dropped it to the bottom of my list.
Great App, but buggy
I have tried over 20 Apps and this the best for challenging games. I agree the hints are useful and understandable. The app does a lot. I wish I didn’t have so much trouble with it unexpectedly leaving not mode.
