Fake app
The app is not legit and please don’t do any money transfers to the people prior knowing inspecting and with legal documents shown to you. It is a scam to loot the your hard earned money!!!
Same photos are available for multiple properties and the person who handles the property won’t also be knowing which property he is handling. I was said it was the only property he had but when questioned about the photos provided (which was the same pics in another property), he was unable to be transparent. They demand money before providing legal documents. When inspected (on personal interest ) the property the rates reflected are way much higher and the property was not available for renting.
