My patients love me even more now!!
My patients totally appreciate the concierge level care I am able to offer with GoodCheckup. It’s easy for them to download and easy for me to use. My patients have reassurance that they can reach me if ever needed. I can say that my patients don’t abuse their access to me. In fact they have told friends and family to connect with me, so I’ve picked up new patients for virtual consults that want my advice and second opinions. With this app, not only do I get to see the patient’s medical and dental history, I see pics in advance, so I can frame my thoughts. During our virtual visit, I’m able to really get a full understanding of what is needed and make a personal connection. I can send an e-prescriptions, dictate notes and not wonder who’s numbers I have in my phone. It’s all there for later. I send myself the notes and my staff contacts the patient if needed for treatment or follow ups as needed. I’ve helped special needs patients that are difficult to transport, trauma patients, parents of new babies with questions, ER patients in hospitals without dentists and those that don’t have a specialist for miles make treatment decisions. This app is so easy for patients to use, it’s a breeze for them to download and connect with me. I put it on all my marketing materials and I love the feedback I’m getting.
