constant reinstalling
This app is not for heavy use. i've been a customer for almost a year and the app constantly will loose wallet connectivity during heavy app switching. closing or reopening the app does not work. you have to delete the app and reinstall
The app will just sit there "waiting for authorization" or "Loading". i've let it sit for an hour with the screensaver off. close then reopen, same issue. logout of the system and re-log back in? same issue. Restart the phone, same issue. use an ipad. same issue. It's so aggravating. I've had to redownload the app at least 30 times.
I'm pretty sure this has something to do with unlocking the wallet. the wallet icon will just spin and spin with either loading or waiting for authorization.

Who ever told you this was legitimate, I would recommend not trusting them past this point if they are adamant that you should join. Adding funds to the platform will immediately be withdrawn from the account by another address. As soon as you sign the smart contract, they have access to your wallet and can even take everything. It will show that you are making progress with trades but it’s completely fake. If you were to us MetaMask or Etherscan to verify the transactions or account balance, you will see that money is taken out of the wallet but in the Onchain application or Goodcryptox app, the funds remain.

It took a while to figure out. It is far superior to all the other platforms. Especially crypto.com and Coinbase. Both of those platforms take everything you earn. This app you can start off with 1 dollar literally and learn everything with that dollar basically. It’s an amazing app. If I had more money to invest. I would spend it here

Decent bot service but don’t expect anything less then snarky arrogant customer service from the guy running it on telegram. He has the same service model as the DMV and TSA. As a small business owner myself there’s no excuse for that. Its a business like anything else. Sounds like he hates his job. You should provide outstanding service because if you don’t your competitors sure will. Youd prob only go on here cause its cheap, ill pay more for better service tho.

Не умеет в нормальную арифметику
При выставлении ордеров (грид) на фьчерсах не может адекватно посчитать стоимость одного ордера (считает 1 к 1 к usdt вне зависимости от курса монеты), завышает результат каждой сделки в десятки раз (57 - 56 =1, а не 10 как у вас). Соответственно для грид бота на споте не подходит изза огромного количества багов - невозможно отследить пнл. А так - «типа работает», но как платный продукт это смешно.

Bad app, no instructions no support on the web unless you want to spend a year or so having to watch thousands of outdated videos on YouTube. I imagine it’s a wonderful app if you have an engineer to translate how buttons work.
Не проходит идентификацию.
При вводе в приложении электронной почты и пароля, не проходит идентификацию. Постоянно крутится кружочек. iPhone 7 15.8.3 программу обновил сегодня (не помогло).
No trial
I wanted to try the functionality and applied for 14 day trial. They charged me full price. Then I wrote to telegram group and ask a question about ability of the platform to work with Trading View strategies. Their “support” from India called me and tried to get know my exchange login and password as a verification. Total scam. Be careful!!!

NOT BEGINNER FRIENDLY
So it’s very confusing from the jump even with watching tutorials I asked a question in the telegram they have and immediately a “technical support representative “ calls me and says he’s helping me transfer from my Coinbase exchange to wallet he then randomly hangs up and deletes our thread and blocks me. I then ask the main group chat what’s going on & told them what happened I was then banned by admin… very shady…. Hope I didn’t get scammed I don’t even know how to tell yet it’s so hard to understand.

Not worth the free trial
Don’t waste your money and use a better product. Competitors have superior trading products, pricing and support.
Love this app!
