constant reinstalling
This app is not for heavy use. i've been a customer for almost a year and the app constantly will loose wallet connectivity during heavy app switching. closing or reopening the app does not work. you have to delete the app and reinstall
The app will just sit there "waiting for authorization" or "Loading". i've let it sit for an hour with the screensaver off. close then reopen, same issue. logout of the system and re-log back in? same issue. Restart the phone, same issue. use an ipad. same issue. It's so aggravating. I've had to redownload the app at least 30 times.
I'm pretty sure this has something to do with unlocking the wallet. the wallet icon will just spin and spin with either loading or waiting for authorization.

Who ever told you this was legitimate, I would recommend not trusting them past this point if they are adamant that you should join. Adding funds to the platform will immediately be withdrawn from the account by another address. As soon as you sign the smart contract, they have access to your wallet and can even take everything. It will show that you are making progress with trades but it’s completely fake. If you were to us MetaMask or Etherscan to verify the transactions or account balance, you will see that money is taken out of the wallet but in the Onchain application or Goodcryptox app, the funds remain.
