Impossible to reach after initial visit. Don’t return messages through email or phone. Supposed to have 2 year warranty on fuel pump but had to replace it after only 11 months was told will not warranty the new pump? Not trustworthy or reliable. Would not recommend using this company at all!!

The mechanic came within the 3 hr window period that they give the app is awesome letting you know who’s coming and if you need to reschedule the app makes it very easy to do and it’s very simple to operate

Horrible communication, worse service
First year was great, lately this company has gone straight into the trash can. Met the owner a couple years back and signed up because he seemed nice enough, now it’s just a bait to steal your money.

Often have to restart app when trying to navigate it. Good idea but need to work on app performance

Downloaded app twice
And it won’t work. Tried on both my iPhone and IPad and both times, it won’t work - just loads the startup screen. I see that the app was updated recently but it’s not working.

App is ok
App is ok needs work. The device that they put under the steering wheel to read codes and send to the app is not the greatest just says there are errors which by the check engine light being on, already know there are errors. Need to be more diagnostic.
