Looks good but not that easy

At a glance this app looks like a modern, easy to navigate tool. However, you need to go into the prescription or treatment to find messages. What not just have a messages tab like MyChart or any other patient portal. I’m tapping all
around this app trying to remeber where to find messages. Also, I’m in the middle of writing message to my provider when the app says hey give me a star rating. Ok, I can do that. Then it stops whatever I’m doing and wants me to write a review right then. Stahhhhpppp. No one wants that. The app says my Rx is coming via home delivery while the pharmaceutical al company says it’s coming by a different method. Super frustrating. Meanwhile where’s my Rx????

Can no longer see prices. Useless

They only display their members only price. So it’s useless for finding a low price for the common folk who need to save $. Looking for another app now

Press and Hold

I’m only going to press and hold once. The endless cycle is ridiculous.

Big help

The GoodRx app helped me save over 200$ for one prescription! With just losing my health insurance, it saved me big time! Thank u GoodRx

Fantastic service!

saved $14,000 on my dimethyl fumarate and the app is very well-polished to allow finding deals. It’s insane how much prices vary, but they show them transparently.

GoodRx

This app is nothing but a waste of time since they came up with press and hold to verify you are human stupidity, you have to do it ten times and it is still the same stupidity. I won’t be using it anymore

Life saver

I recently lost my job of 16 years and my health insurance along with it. My pharmacist got me set up with the app and GoodRX has saved me so much money on prescriptions. It’s free, user friendly and tells you who has the lowest price for your prescriptions. Thank you!

Mixed feelings

The meds I buy can sometimes be $150-200 more expensive without using the app. I appreciate the savings but I have noticed that the pharmacies that don’t work with the app have the same price as the discounted price or cheaper. One should always be suspicious of apps that are free because normally that means you are the product. I’m starting to wonder if GoodRX is building up a system similar to the insurance scam plaguing America. They work with partner pharmacies to artificially inflate the price so members get offered “massive” discounts. Then Good RX can collect medical data (normally protected from data brokers) while you get the fair market price. For those partner pharmacies, if a customer doesn’t sign up to receive the fair marketing price they pay an inflated price that then gets split between the two companies. It’s hard not to be cynical and read between the lines. Why do companies feel the need to fleece Americans who can’t afford the option to pay more? And for why do we pay more? So execs can buy a third boat for their fourth home? Mixed feelings, check with your local pharmacies. If you find one that’s not a partner with GoodRX, you possibly can find a cheaper price without giving away your data.

Really good prices

Majority of the time these prices are much lower than any insurance insurance is a rip off, but this helps people who can’t afford insurance

Great app

This app is the real deal it has saved me hundreds of dollars every month I highly recommend it

Bugs

There is some blank square blocking my view. Cannot remove “companion” pricing that I don’t want to pay for.
