Concerning ads
Ads freeze up and crash the app. One ad appeared on a background that looked like a Home Screen and flagged security concern urging the user to click the link. No way to report it. Even ads you report don’t stop. Game is good, adds ruin the experience.
Fun no more
No longer able to complete level without watching way too many long ads and still failing. I’ve been in higher levels for quite a while and it has never been like this. I refuse to pay real money to complete a level. This WAS my favorite game app. Not any more. Will check back periodically to see if an update fixes this

Good Great Puzzle Sort Callenge
It is a great game I think so many kids that really struggle in math and sorting out things would like this because I don’t understand math that well but I am learning so much about math this game can also help you
Ad is bad
It is really a good game but the concept of ad is very bad i mean literally we have to wait minutes of minutes for continue the game and it has a lot of ads you have to solve this prob i guess and for having a another time to play we have to watch much longer ad. Wrost experience to play a game between lots of ad. I love this game but sometimes it is really annoying and irritating to have an ad again and again please resolve this otherwise i have to uninstall the app.

annoying
i like the game, but it’s so sensitive, especially the levels where the shelves move. i try to drag the icon to make a match and it stays in its spot. also don’t like how exact you have to be when placing items on their shelves. cannot “drop it” or it’ll go back to original place.
Good game until you hit high levels
Game is great to begin with (regardless of the 10,000 ads) but soon as you hit past 300 the ads are just forced at you, no option round it, they make the levels so you can’t complete them without boosters etc. pointless starting to get to this point and be done in
I paid but still have to wait 15 to 20 mins each time for additional lives…very upset
I paid for the full version of the game a year ago - why do I have to wait for new lives for up to 30 mins each time? I have a brother with special needs who loves the game but he cries each time he has to wait….. that’s why we paid for the full version! Can someone please help?
Way too many ads
Reach the next level? Here’s an ad. Press a button? Here’s an ad. Some with sound even if sound is off in settings. Some 10 seconds others one minute. I deleted the app.
Unable to open the game
I’ve been playing this game daily for nearly two years, but I have been unable to open it since yesterday. When I click on the app it stays frozen on the loading screen. Is this a bug or a problem on my end? I really like this game and would hate to have to delete it. Please help!!
Timer Too Stressful
I want to just play and sort the items. The timer is impossible and makes it not fun. Sometimes I just need a mindless enjoyable game; not one that is constantly stressful and impossible. Deleting.
Great game, but now stuck and can’t play
I love this game, it can be relaxing but it gets very challenging as you go on.
I’ve now found myself stuck on a level and I haven’t been able to play the game at all for ages now.
I wish you could go back and play past levels so you could still enjoy the game at a difficulty level that is comfortable for you.

Disappointment
I was addicted to this game at first and really enjoyed the challenging levels, but I noticed that after about level 650, the puzzles are becoming pretty unsolvable. A puzzle that is unlabeled (doesn’t have a “Very Hard” or “Super Hard” label which indicates its going to be a pretty manageable one) will have all shelves backed with 3 items each leaving no possible next move. It is clearly a ploy to force players to make purchases and burn through power-ups. Needless to say, I am deleting the game at level 724. Also, the event turnovers are very very quick. Most events or mini-games are 2-3 days at most. It’s just not fun or worth it. Do better.

Can’t win anymore
I’ve been playing this game for a good while now, it was even the first game I paid to have without ads, but now it’s borderline impossible to win a level without watching continuous ads or buying in game money. I’ll keep it downloaded in the event they fix whatever the heck is going on soon, otherwise it’s getting deleted.

It’s fun until…
You reach higher levels and you’re automatically stuck after 2 moves and forced to watch never ending ads if you want to continue.
Used to love, now so buggy
I used to love this game and play everyday dispite the amount of ads. Now the ads freeze the app, making the game unplayable. This has now been happening with EVERY SINGLE AD. Please fix this inline this game
Good game… too many ads
The game is super addictive and really fun to play, there’s just too many ads! Even when you get the option to watch and ad for more time or just restart the level, you still have to watch an ad if you just want to restart the level which I think is stupid at that point. Might as well just give me the few extra seconds then, the ads are also really long sometimes and take forever to exit! Why do I have to click “X” so many times in order to exit out of ONE ad??? I finally decided to delete it today which sucked because again the game was fun! But the amount of ads were not

Remove the boxes
I was enjoying the game until that random feature of the boxes hiding the items. Don’t you guys think we have enough with the timer and the lock chains? I feel that’s a very unnecessary feature…
