The new images have changed the game completely. I used to love playing this game. Now I hate it!
Recent update has caused problems
After the most recent update, I keep getting “unable to clear” but there are plenty of moves left. This is burning through my lives. Please fix this!
Stuck
Loved this game until recently. I am stuck on a certain level and no matter how I play or how many hammers I save I still can’t get past it. Will try a few more times and if not will delete
Low quality after update
I’ve been playing this game for a long time and used to absolutely love it. Unfortunately, after the recent graphics update, the game has completely lost its original charm.
The new visuals look cheap and low quality compared to before. It honestly feels like a huge downgrade, and the overall experience just isn’t as enjoyable anymore. I don’t understand why the art style was changed when the previous version looked so much better.

Level 129
There’s a glitch. Stuck on this level as despite often having 2 or 3 empty spaces, game closes down saying there’s no spaces left. I then play an ad to juggle items but within 2 or 3 moves am either told there is no space left (and again there is) or the timer has run down whilst ad playing.) very frustrating ! Xxx

the amount of ads to play is not obscene like other games but the most annoying thing about this app is that it will prompt you to give up due to “no space left,” but there WILL be playing space left. it forces you to either watch an ad or give up the level entirely. i wish i could attach a screenshot pic of an instance of this happening but i can’t add it to show how absurd this is. please stop the forced advertising! the amount of them in this game is very tolerable unlike other sorting game

Graphics update is awful
I have been manually updating apps and happened to update this one today. BIG MISTAKE. The new look of the items to sort is terrible. They have too many details and are difficult to distinguish. I have been playing this game in the morning and before bed for months, but I guess I will have to look for something different.

Scam Ads still there after paying no ads
What’s the point of paying $8 if there’s gonna be ads every single time when round finish? Isn’t that scam?? Who ever playing this, DO NOT PAY ANYTHING!!! It’s a scam

Love the game but can we please have a summer update, it’s now July and I’m still sorting Christmas presents!
Game is broken
I am on level 982 and all of a sudden it does not work anymore. It keeps saying I have no spaces open to move things, but I do and I sent screenshots in to their feedback email and no response. They have no sort of support Email… which is crazy because I’ve spent over $100 on this game in the last year. Who does someone contact if a purchase goes wrong or it doesn’t go through or they lose their money? Absolutely ridiculous… every game. I play as an email for Support

Fails the level when you still have time and moves
I don’t know how many times it tells me I am out of moves sharpe. I very clearly have moves left. Just failed the same level three times because of this. Very frustrating!
Unable to clear
Randomly getting a message stating I am unable to clear the board when that is clearly not the case is irritating. It’s just a way to get people to use a booster and spend more money.
The ad lied
Your ad says “no wifi”, “no ads”, “no time limit”.
Open the app, first I get an ad, then it starts off with a level that very clearly has a time limit and then finishes the level with another ad. 👎🏻

Good but…
Fun game. I’m on level 1064…playing for years. BUT the ads are way toooooo long. I paid for no ads, but when you want to get a boost you have to watch an ad. They don’t have to go that long. A quick ad will suffice!
Often times I set my phone down and don’t watch. Maybe, if they were short people would watch and you’d have more success is gaining more biz for your partners.🤷🏻♀️

they destroyed this app.
Once you pay for no ads they remove the option to watch ads for another life. They’re just scammers.
They give you a small board with 40 hidden characters so regardless if you have time you won’t be able to shuffle through them without paying. If you actually do well they purposefully don’t give you enough time so it’s a money grab either way. And Graphics suck immediately with new update I visibly gawked ! I hope they crash and burn for being money hungry. I only come on for the side games. Eventually I’ll hard delete I found a better match game just keep looking. They actually deserve my money. You lost your fans!

Fun while it lasted
I enjoy these kind of games and didn’t mind the ads too much. However, it gets to a point where they make it literally impossible to pass certain levels without paying for additional help. It’s like certain levels are rigged to require you to buy extra time or help to pass it, rather than allowing you to use skill
