Often won’t work
This is third time in 6 months this game stops working and is unable to load.

This is typically my favorite game of this type but it will no longer load. Try to play and it gives me an error msg everytime. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still get same msg. Finally the game started to work after a week of the error msg, BUT it has started me at level one. I’ve paid to remove ads but now I have ads again?! I was on a very very high level but not anymore. This is crazy, these games developers don’t know what they’re doing. I try to restore account and purchases but it does nothing. Will give 5 stars when fixed.

Error code impossible to fix. Unable to play game
I keep getting an error code 1003 saying it can’t access my network. I’ve deleted the app and done everything possible to fix it and nothing helps. There is no customer support whatsoever. I liked this game so much but am unable to play it or fix it.

My game started all the way over. I have not been allowed to play the game for the past several days & tonight it came back up, but as if I’ve never played it before! I’ve been playing everyday for a very long time & I even belonged to a group. I was at level 3504, and now I’m at level 1……Please help me so that I won’t have to uninstall the game and never play again due to starting over😭I really love this game!!!

I like playing this game and I paid to turn off the ads but now for almost a month it pops up and it can’t connect to server and just errors out.

Connection issues
Same as another review ~ love the game but I haven’t played since 8/22/24 because of ERROR - unable to connect. I don’t want delete and reinstall because I’m close to level 6000
