Extra bin collection apparently
App doesn’t notify when there is an extra bin collection.
Useless.
It’s constantly 24hrs out of sink with the actual pickups!

Fabulous app which solves the mystery of which bin goes out on what day.
Bugs
Will no longer recognise our address anymore. It automatically locates us but then states the address is wrong. When we enter the address manually, again it will not recognise it. It worked at one stage a year ago but had us on the wrong schedule.

Just needs a tweak.
Find this app very helpful overall. Just needs a slight tweak to accommodate public holidays where the bin collection is on the day following a normal pick up day. Good app otherwise.
Recycling App.
It’s awful. Have a look at the Hobsons Bay app, it’s so easy to use. And you know immediately which bins go out each week.

The reminder has never happened. No option as to where/on what device the reminder is to happen. Does half the job

Location doesn’t work, the schedule should be separate from the recycling items so it doesn’t need to be entered to use.

Loved the waste sorting info, not easy to find this detail anywhere else. The reminder for the bins is useful. Hopefully the apps info will be updated as more options for recycling become available. Great work Colac Otway shire.

Thank you so much for this app. Clarifies so many questions around waste and recycling and where to take such things as e-waste. This help our daughter so much because she struggles with what is recyclable and needs a hands on list like this. Massive move forward in the world of of waste and recycling for the lay person. Well done to designers and thanks for investing money into our collective futures.
