Scam!
Don’t waste your time this is not with Google total BS another scam game had it for two days took one survey did not even get a penny.
I love it but…
I’ve been enjoying the rewards for several years now. But recently, I haven’t been getting the surveys like I normally would. I get notifications when I wake up in the morning that there is a survey, but I go back and nothing is there. Most of them are coming in the middle of the night when I’m sleeping, so it’s unfair that I can’t get surveys because I’m not awake when they’re available. Please fix it!

App does not show survey
I put the helpdesk ticket in that your app shows there a survey you go and open it nothing. I deleted the app reinstall the app multiple times fix it.
Fix the badges
App now regularly shows a badge for absolutely nothing. Open the app, no new survey or task, badge clears.
Terrible App with Barley Any Surveys
I got this app expecting to make some small pocket change and man I was so disappointed. The amount of surveys you receive is tiny and inconsistent, I’ve literally only got 2 within 3 weeks. Also for some odd reason I lost the 8p I earned from the first survey I did, the payout bar just reset for no reason. Avoid this Google slop! Terrible app!

Sometimes works
The app’s surveys are fine. They ask you what you googled and how the results were. The receipts, however, could use a lot of work. It’s been scanning a receipt now for hours. It really shouldn’t take this long for the all to read the receipt and figure out that I bought some wine, some Reese’s, some ice packs and some Tylenol. The fact that it’s been at least 12 hours is ridiculous. This happens constantly, where all the other receipt apps instantly read a receipt, but I have to keep a bunch of receipts so google can read one for a few hours and get ready for the next one.

Push notifications are completely broken
Constantly shows notifications, but there are no new surveys when you open the app

Hi I was using Google Option Rewards quite a few years I almost payout of £86 but since last 2 months it’s not working properly I received the notifications of surveys whenI click my app to complete my survey there is nothing I am not viewing any surveys on my app when I click it I don’t know what is the issue can someone please assist me 🙏

Not many surveys
The survey amount is so tiny, I’ve been trying to get to the payout just for all the money to “expire” because I can’t even make it with how slow the surveys come

Don’t bother. This app no longer works. Contacted support twice and still hasn’t been fixed.
Love it, BUT
I really do like this app! I’ve been using it for years! The only thing that really needs to be looked into is the LENGTH of TIME it takes to upload a receipt!!! Sometimes it time half the day or longer by the time I can upload another one! Come on all!! Get with it!!

Survey Disappears!
I tried to do a survey, but when I clicked on, it disappeared.
SNAFU login issues
Currently, I’m logged out of the app, even though I’ve attempted to sign in using my face and attempting to use the provided QR code all to no avail! There is no app support unless you’re able to log into the app. Does this make sense? Of course not. Unfortunately, you can’t sign in with a password. How absurd is that!

Love it - knocked down a star due to continuing issue
Knocked down a star as the issue with it telling me there is a new survey when there isn’t is getting frustrating.

Recently, it had been saying I have a survey but when clicking on it, no survey is there.
This has been happening more and more which is a bit frustrating.
But otherwise, love it and while most surveys only pay out a few cents, it adds up.
Pays out every $2 accumulated to PayPal.

Fake rating score
There is no way this is a 4.7 rating score because this app sucks more than Riley Reid ever did
Not working
This app worked great until the last couple months. Now it says there is a survey available but when I click on them it says no survey available. Makes me disappointed because I use this app consistently. Perhaps there is a bug on your end that could be fixed. So this gets one star for now.
No survey?
This app has worked great for a long time but the past month or 2 it’s been messed up. I’ve been notified at least 5 times I have a survey (actual a lot more) but when I click on the app there is not a survey survey s ailable. I just cked the reviews and it looks like A LOT of people are having this problem

credits erase and barely any surveys
credits keep being erased right before you get enough for payout. also you barely get any surveys through and if you don’t complete them within a couple of hours of them coming through they become unavailable, much better survey apps out there
False notifications
Since the last update I am regularly getting notifications dot on app icon for a survey but no survey when I click. Even if I click immediately when it shows up. Have been using this for years, definitely a recent glitch. Otherwise the app is great. Slow earnings but always pays $2 immediately. Be sure you are using correct PayPal email address.
