Gives an error message
It won’t let me complete my profile. When I press the button it gives me an error message and says to try later and I’ve been trying for 4 days. Please fix.
Points lost
Took ages to build up about £1.97 so nearly paid £2.00 but then ALL my points disappeared & there seems no way of contacting them . Really annoyed & unfair on them
It’s good, would like it more if there were more surveys
The app 100 percent works but don’t expect a lot of money. You’ll get money, like a few dollars.

I don’t know what all the good reviews are about - I’ve had *one* survey available since I signed up and it was worth $0 with a cute little “not all surveys are paid” note. Mostly it’s just a screen with “No surveys available at this time”.
Cash went missing
I was 16p away from £2.00 and then I woke this morning and the counter was reset to £0 even with no payout …. So what are you up to ?

Neverending checking receipts glitch
I can’t scan more than 1 receipt because the app is stuck for what could be hours checking the receipt. This has been going on for years. Please fix this glitch.
Poor App Performance
It takes forever scanning a single receipt. Sometimes 1-2 whole days to finish scanning a receipt. Horrible…

Started to fail
It’s started to say that every uploaded receipt is a duplicate.

Amount of surveys
I’ve had this app a while now and I’ve found that the amount of surveys I’m getting now has dropped significantly
I’m lucky if I get 1 a week
Which normally results in 1 question and the reward is about 8p…absolutely ridiculous…if it doesn’t get any better soon I’m deleting it

It pays out, just the surveys are very inconsistent.
