They don’t try to help you solve your problem. They let you wait 2–3 days, then dismiss the case so coldly by repeating what you already know.
So you need to open a new ticket and wait 3 days again, only to get the same results.
They don’t email you to get a better understanding of your problem. They don’t try to go through the history of the struggle you’re facing. Nope. They don’t mind.

Nem lehet kezelni a tesztelőket. Próbáltam volna megnézni, hozzáadni új
tesztelőket az appomhoz. Sehol nem találtam. Kb semmit nem lehet csinálni az appban. nem sok értelme van.

Most functionality just opens an inline browser
Good, but not complete
The data overview is really nice and is customizable. Also, I love that I can quickly see the latest IAPs. I’m only missing an overview of the latest crashes (+notifications) and the option to get notifications for IAPs and for test feedback.

Aprovar um app Android é uma das piores experiências que alguém pode querer! Painel confuso , exigências absurdas, a Google tá se achando Apple, nem a Apple dá tanto trabalho

Review process is awful
Apps are blocked by AI review and human people unable to do anything
Can’t issue refunds
Please fix this. You can’t issue refunds on the app and in the mobile browser.

Nagyon ritkán kapok frissítéseket az appom statisztikáiról, jelenleg 5-6 napja nem látom, hogy mi történik az appommal.

- I'm not getting notifications when the app gets rejected, or have issues
- We should be able to sort apps, production at the top, unlisted/removed at the bottom, also filter them, same as the web

- Показатель DAU прямо в списке приложений, а так же прибыль за 28 дней
- Gemini ассистент, который имеет доступ ко всем возможным данным и свежим рекомендациям Гугл о том, как получить лучшую видимость.
