Free Trial is fake

Don’t subscribe to this. I signed up because they offered a 7 day free trial but ended up charging me $18.99. I disputed this with Apple and they didn’t do anything about it saying the refund was not eligible. I tried using it and the AI images looked NOTHING like me and my partner. A complete scam!

The response below is a load of BS, because I already contacted Apple and they wouldn’t supply a refund. Maybe you should get in touch with them and advise them to allow this.

4.4 ?? Ridiculous

I bought, by mistake, the first week. So I figured might as well give it a try. The first one was OK, but did not resemble the face on the photo I provided. So I tried another. And that is when hell broke loose. It keeps giving me creations “Failed” again and again. And on top of that it keeps using coins! What a waste. How can I get my money back?

CUIDADO!!! Apresenta o botão “Start Trial” mas custa 59,90 essa semana de teste e depois de 7 dias passa a cobrar o valor cheio de 69,90. Não tem como justificar é feito para induzir ao erro.

É UMA ROUBADA! Não baixam e não fazem teste grátis é golpe

Fiz teste grátis e veio me cobrando um absurdo, mesmo eu cancelando o teste fui cobrada de um valor por semana, não deixei meu cartão salvo e ficou com saldo negativo aqui na Apple Store e não consigo atualizar nenhum app por causa dessa cobrança abusiva
!! Quero que removam essa cobrança o mais rapidamente possível ou entrarei com processo judicial

GoPhoto Pro charged me even though I cancelled my subscription BEFORE the free trial expired.
If I cancelled before the trial ended, why was I charged?! 😡

Cheatin and stealing money

These people are scammers. They advertised a one-week free trial, but as soon as I signed up, they charged €11.99 from my account. I contacted them several times, but they refused to refund my money. The app is terrible and has almost no useful content. It’s definitely not worth the price. Very disappointing. I do not recommend this app at all.they are cheating youvand stealing your money please be careful i will claim against them in app store also

Terrible app

Terrible app. The AI completely changes facial features, and the results look nothing like the original photos. The free trial was also misleading—I was charged £9.99 during what was advertised as a free trial period. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this app.

Disappointing

The ai never generates your video the same way as in the promo clip. The promo clip is your absolute best case scenario but not likely to be achieved. The videos are buggy and the chat doesn’t resolve any shortcomings.
