I’ve been a customer for a few years now but my experiences with them since the start of the year have been terrible. Extortionate pricing, poor service and zero accountability for issues.
Website and app don’t work
All of a sudden when I logged in today, the website tries to redirect you to the mobile app, and doesn’t give you the option to continue on the web.
The mobile app just gives a black screen.
Gophr is a great service I use all the time, but whoever is in charge of user experience needs fix up. What a joke.

Worst app i’ve used
Horrible UI. App is extremely buggy and outdated. Whoever they hired to develop this should give them a refund.
A great way to frustrate your customers
This app is awful
Having to use pre selected prompts when you need to send a message in real time is ineffective
You also can’t track a conversation properly and the app will prevent you from sending messages if you want to send multiple lines of text
Sort your customer service out - get a phone number that people can actually call or figure out your live chat system

Think twice about joining
Not really that busy far to many drivers on it know but even work was earning 800 plus a week no lucky if making 100 a week . Not really Abu jobs just constantly co op or Asda
So hard to use app
The app is built so poorly that making an account is extremely difficult
Should be better
Great foundation just needs a lot of work so that it actually works correctly
Taken money out of accounts
Was great until they started taken money out of my account without consent I tried to fix the issue and had a terrible chat service no phone number to call and just ignoring the issue I’ve had to report for fraud

The app is not very intuitive to use, and pretty poorly designed compared to what we have come to expect these days.
However, I tasked a job within the app, and the service was brilliant and well priced. Courier was prompt upon collection and drop off.
So, this is a well deserved, positive review for Gophr, but not the app.

Fast service and easy to use app
Excellent service from the riders - will definitely be using Gophr again! Love that I can see a summary of my order & proof of delivery through the app.
Registration to drop off within 2 hours!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Very easy to register & order - the delivery was picked up and dropped off within 2 hours after order. Really impressed.
Delivery service which not work in best interest of customers or drivers neither
You could be charge for algorithm not finding right driver for you (as drivers and jobs are assigned on fly) very possibly even not having right driver for a job. Don’t be surprised if you get charged for not done job!

Can’t even log in
Unable to log in use social media profile or email password combination. Just gets stuck showing an infinite spinner. Terrible QA - can even do the basics
The app seems a buggy and rough around the edges.
App needs a lot of work. It seems a bit buggy and rough around the edges. I’m unable to log out, or reset my password from within the app. Would have really been nice to be able to track my hello fresh deliveries through this app. Perhaps a few ideas for a future version.
