Facility & cancellation
No doubt on the Facility, it’s of the top class. Straightaway 4*s for that, not 5 so there is always room for improvement.
App is really smooth and working great but it (or even website) lacks a cancellation policy, which will be great if introduced with some cancellation charges. As I play regularly i see few no shows at last moment which the interested players are unable to see during booking and cannot make use of. So pls introduce cancellation policy.

Can’t reschedule or Cancel
If you’re taking money, there should be an option to reschedule or cancel.
